Signs For My Sister Home
Our title is a nod to the handwritten and heartfelt signs we see in public places. These signs are short and the messages are personalized to encourage and uplift. My goal is to encourage women and point them to the One who loves them. His word the Bible, is more personalized than any handwritten sign. His word is true and never fails. Carla
Our mission is to encourage women to use their God-given tools, talents, and gifts to serve Him.
I learned to use my tools, talents, and gifts for His glory, and to encourage other women.
Signs For My Sister began in 2020 when I “accidently” wrote a book of devotions.
The devotions were for women who were on a journey through cancer treatment.
My intention was to purchase a gift for my sister as she began chemotherapy. But, I couldn’t find a book that was the best fit.
That’s when God reminded me that I had 20 plus years as an oncology nurse and more importantly, I loved Him. With fear and trembling, I began to write.
Today, I still work as a nurse. But, God has given me a deep desire to encourage other women.
